The Vagina Monologues

posted by NattyB

I’ve decided to make today the day in which we celebrate vagina. Here is yet another example of the marvelous power of vagina. MBB’s own Karlie Hustle describes it in “I was there in the room”.

Baby Stealers!

posted by Karlie Hustle

LOLz. My friend on a messageboard and I were responding to a thread about gay male penguins and how they are apparently “stealing” eggs from other penguins so they can raise kids together. Maybe it’s true. Maybe it’s not. But either way, I came up with the idea of stealing babies from straight people someday so me and my girl can raise a little crumbsnatcher ourselves. My dude on the messageboard created the above image to poke fun at the idea. So what if he spelled “totally” wrong. And who is that white girl by my side? Dude obviously doesn’t know my taste in women. LOL.

Square Peg. Round Hole.

posted by Karlie Hustle

Hi, I’m Karlie Hustle and I’ll be blogging here from time to time to give you my perspective on love, life and sexuality. I’m currently in love with a woman, so guess that makes me a lesbian by society’s standards, but I’m not a fan of the labels. What I am a fan of is love, however it may manifest.

I don’t think it’s weird at all to love her. I don’t think it’s odd to kiss her. I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t see how perfectly beautiful we are together or why someone might try to thwart that love because of something they read in a book. None of the hoopla makes any sense to me.

You won’t catch me at city hall trying to force them to marry us. I don’t want their papers or their approval. I want what’s fair, but as far as someone outside of the two of us ever legitimizing what we have, they wouldn’t be able to do so with any amount of official documentation. You can’t quantify love with your laws. Love doesn’t even exist in that realm.

I’m all for civil rights, but I won’t fight for their pat on the back. Maybe that makes me a lame lesbian. Maybe I’m just a square peg in a round hole. There are a lot of maybes, but one thing I know for sure is that I love her. And that’s all that matters.

Welcome to my fluid world.
