Clearly I am not a professional writer of music reviews and I would never pretend to be. However, I’m currently listening to Feist’s “I feel it all” and I am reminded about how much I FUCKING love her. I’ve been listening to her for years. Much longer than most people have. She sorta fell into the background of my life though. Much like the air we breathe. Most people don’t really take the time to notice what an amazing experience air is. But when you do realize it, you are in awe, amazement and gratitude that it even exists. I kinda feel like that about Feist right now. I am in full appreciation that she is around with her super smooth sweet voice to serenade me and uplift my spirits at times I did not think they could be uplifted. Kudos to Feist, a million times over. I tip my hat to you my dear. I look forward to more…

If you don’t know about Esthero, I suggest you Google her immediately. Youtube her, Myspace her, or go to http://www.nearlycivilized.com. Do whatever you need to do because if you don’t know her by now, well you should.

She has worked with artists like The Black Eyed Peas, Kanye West, and Brandi to name just a few. Esthero is one of the most talented female artists/musicians of our generation. Her voice is sultry, sweet, sensual and unique. Her words are like poetry that slide in and out of the senses taking one to another world. Her musical arrangements are organic, dynamic, and alive. I really cannot sing enough praise for this amazing woman. I suggest you find out for yourself.
